Colts add another pass rusher
The Indianapolis Colts used the No. 31 overall pick in the NFL Draft to select defensive end Jerry Hughes.
The Colts saw their Super Bowl title hopes go up in smoke last year as the Saints ran roughshod on their defense in the second half.
It’s also no secret that pass rushers Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis aren’t getting any younger.
Hughes was one of the top pass rushers in the draft and was coveted by several NFL teams.
The Baltimore Ravens tried to trade back up to select Hughes, but the Colts wouldn’t budge.
